The following terms and conditions are to protect both us (Angkasa Studio and its brands/subsidiaries) and you (the customer/clients) in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if you find our services and products unsatisfactory.

QUALITY MATTERS THE MOST
We take all necessary steps to ensure that the products that you will receive are as satisfying and as favourable as possible.
Unlike others, we produce Full Sublimation T-Shirts that are made of quality from its fabric, all the way to the printing method.
From conceptualisation, marketing, and all the way to sales - we make sure that the product delivered is as advertised. We recommend our customers to refer the final product from our photoshoots or album gallery instead of just referring to the mockup. This is because due to the nature of CMYK printing and fabric materials, colours are bound to differ at around 5% difference. Some t-shirts would exhibit a slight green, orange, or purplish tint.

1A3. We (Angkasa Studio and its brands) produced products that are considered as a form a fan fiction and fan art which usually an infringement of the right of the copyright holder to prepare and license derivative works based on the original. This is almost without exception.
2A4. If you (the reader) are the copyright holder of an Intellectual Property feel uncomfortable with us using your source material, we are more than happy to discuss this matter with you. Kindly send us an email at hello@angkasastudio.com and we will respond to you the soonest possible.
TOPIC A: Return and Exchange Policy
1A. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of product delivery (or the day product is handed over to the shipping or postage company). If 7 days have gone by since the delivery, you are not entitled to return or exchange the product that you have purchased, and any requests or enquiries regarding returning products for exchange will not be entertained.
2A. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging
3A. To complete your product return or exchange, we require the original receipt (print or email attachment that we have provided and sent to you) as a proof of purchase.
TOPIC B: Refund Policy
1B. All policies from Topic A (1A to 3A) applied.
2B. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Any items that are discounted from its original price (on sale, marked down, limited time offers) are not eligible for a refund.
3B. If you are eligible for a refund, the amount that will be refunded to you will be as equal as the amount you made during your purchase of the product.
4B. Refund will be made in a form of cash transfer from our bank account to your local bank account of your choosing. If we are unable to provide a refund to the bank (and account) that you choose, you are required to provide us with another bank account as an option.
TOPIC C: Return Shipping
1C. All policies from Topic A (1A to 3A) and Topic B (1B to 4B) applied.
2C. Exchanges (if applicable) are only applied to items that are defective or damaged.
You can request for an exchange to the same item (product, design and size) by following the steps below:
Step 1: Sending us an email at hello@angkasastudio.com
Step 2: Send your product to the following address by yourself or by postage/shipping (we will not cover the postage cost in any way) to the following address;
2-6-1, Kemuning Aman, Lintang Bukit Rimau, Taman Bukit Kemuning, Bukit Rimau, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malysia.
3C. You will bear the cost of returning your item by postage or shipping. We are not responsible for any costs from your return/exchange postage or shipping.
4C. Depending on where you live or the address that you have provided to us to receive your product, the time it may take to reach you may vary and it is all under the responsibilities and competency of the shipping and mailing company.
TOPIC D: Pre-order and Cancellation
1D. Please be aware that we (Angkasa Studio and its brands) operate by producing our products on a pre-order basis. Pre-order will be considered as "CONFIRMED" and you are a "CUSTOMER" to us once payment is made. If no payment is made, the pre-order is invalid and your product will not be produced.
2C. Cancellation can only be made before the production of your products begin. We will always explicitly inform our would-be customers when are the date of production of the products that they are going to purchase. Cancellation of your pre-order can not be made when the production has begun.
